Terms of Service (TOS)

1. Agreement to Respect Artistic Work

a. By commissioning artwork from me, you acknowledge and agree to treat my art with respect and appreciation.
b. You understand that while you have the right to utilize and enjoy the art, I retain all intellectual property rights to my work.

2. Payment Obligations

a. Payment terms and rates will be mutually agreed upon between you and the artist prior to the commencement of any work.
b. It is your responsibility to ensure prompt payment according to the agreed terms. Any disputes regarding payment must be addressed promptly and in good faith. At least 30% upfront is needed.

3. Usage Guidelines

a. You agree to use the commissioned art strictly within the parameters agreed upon with the artist. Any deviation from these terms requires explicit consent from the artist.
b. Please credit me always.
c. The artist is allowed to post the work in any of her social media. Confidentiality fee is 20% of the commission price.

4. Communication Protocol

a. Clear and professional communication is vital throughout the duration of the project. Any inquiries, revisions, or concerns should be addressed promptly and courteously to ensure the successful completion of the artwork.
b. Should you require any assistance or clarification, please direct your inquiries to the artist.

5. Termination of Engagement

a. We hope for a successful and mutually satisfying collaboration. However, should you wish to terminate the engagement for any reason, please notify us promptly.

6. Refund Policy

a. No refunds for "change of mind" reasons. Make sure you are 100% sure before submitting a commission request.
b. REFUNDS (100%) are granted if the artist is at fault (e.g. due to sickness and unable to finish within 3 months).

7. Amendments to Terms

a. From time to time, I might update these Terms of Service. Don't worry; I’ll let you know when we do. Your continued use of my platform means you're cool with the changes.

By proceeding with the commissioning of artwork, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms of Service.
